Education Qualification: Bachelor Degree in IT
IT Certification : Microsoft certified \ Cisco Certified \HP Certified \Lenovo Certified
Experience: Minimum 3 years of experience in Hardware support
Responsibilities:
Assist with desktop and system troubleshooting and coordinate desktop equipment or software maintenance activities.
Regularly monitor all hardware and systems to ensure they remain in accordance with agreed service levels.
Installation and configuration of Desktop\Laptops
Imaging of laptops and desktops
